Particular has its own internal motion blur settings. Enabling this is the quickest way to make your particles look professional and high-end.
Use the "Transfer Mode" (Add, Screen, Normal). Add a "Glow" effect from After Effects above Particular. Add a "Deep Glow" plugin for cinematic bloom.
